●YESTERDAY, kidnapping was forbidden….TODAY, Kings, governors, policemen, soldiers and professors are victims….
●YESTERDAY, clerics come to places of worship just with the holy books….TODAY, they come hanging AK47 on their shoulders
●YESTERDAY, we marry with just background check of both families….TODAY, we go for spiritual deliverance plus medical examination in forms of blood test and genotype ……Yet, we go for DNA to ascertain the real “fathers of our children”.
●YESTERDAY, top jobs with choice cars and quality homes await undergraduates with best results as they come out of universities….TODAY, best graduating students end up in polling booths as election agents after which they return home as liabilities to parents and families full of regrets.
●YESTERDAY, we ate real foods that gives us health to grant us longevity of life….TODAY, we eat poisons of all colours, makes, forms, shapes and sizes from all corners of the globe….and from people attempting to deliberately reduce the world’s population….
●YESTERDAY, we said a celebration of life to a man or woman died at the age of 110 years…..TODAY, at 60, it is a life well spent for as long as the deceased was very rich or members of his or her family are.
I dare ask once again, is yesterday better than today?
