I Am Nigeria

I am Nigeria....

They say I'm the headquarters of poverty

Lie...I am actually the headquarters of wealth.

But those who called me poor are the Looters or accomplices in the nefarious act of looting my treasury mindlessly.

I am Nigeria...

They say, I am fantastically corrupt...but truth is only a thief can identify or recognise his partner or kinds. They introduced corruption to my greedy children who embraced it, legalised it and magnified it

But even at that, I can still boast of honest children who I am proud of. They are already rising and shinning....because light will surely overcome darkness.

I am Nigeria...

I'm the mockery of the world. I am a clown and everyone is making jest of me. But I know I am not ugly neither am I poor. In fact, I am one of the most beautiful....and I'm beautiful in all ramifications if, not beyond description. Despite all the knocks, kicks, shoves and stones from my enemies home and abroad, I still stand with hope of a better tomorrow.

I am Nigeria...

The wastage of my wealth by enemies within is a blessing to enemies overseas.

My wealth in cash are lodged in banks across the globe. You cry about the past. What of the present? My cash are the skyscrappers, bridges, roads, industries, institutions and refineries you see in some capital cities of the world.

I am Nigeria....

So rich and blessed.

I'm gifted in oil, gold, ore, coal, limestone, columbite and cash crops. I'm the envy of all. I'm divinely, geographically and strategically located with all weather and climate can give.

I am Nigeria....

You can't destroy me.

Those who think they can, are gone...

Those attempting to destroy me are in coma

They are poor historians....

They are poor record keepers....

I am Nigeria....

I am tough, rugged and strong...

I am bold, brave and beautiful...

My adversaries are home and abroad.

They conspire to conjure magical words to bring me down....Yet they fail and will keep failing...

I am Nigeria...

The enemies within employ enemies from foreign land to kill, maim, kidnap and rape my children. They employ terror to instil fear in my children. They want to make the land inhabitable and people ungovernable...

I am Nigeria...

My children are the best world over.

They are strong, intelligent, brilliant, wise, industrious, enterprising, creative, innovative, brainy and beautiful.

In me they are bonded and indivisible. They can't be intimidated, cajoled, gagged or dwarfed. They are high fliers.

I am Nigeria...

I am capable of raising leaders since the so called elders have failed my children. I once raised youth among my children to lead my land. They did well but while growing old or aging they embraced corruption and destroyed themselves and records. I can still raise God fearing youth with knowledge, foresight, wisdom and above all prosperity, equity, fairness and justice in their hearts.

I am Nigeria...

No one can determine my tomorrow. I have a word for those working secretly and plotting on how to hold on to power and continue their strangling hold on my children and resources....you will be grossly disappointed. Yesterday is not today and cannot be tomorrow. Yesterday is gone....a new Dawn is here....Be warned!!!

I am Nigeria...

I will outlive my enemies...

I am indestructible...

I am tested and trusted...The records are there.

I am made to live and succeed...

I am Nigeria....

I am one of the best among equals.

My strength dwarfs the foolishness of my enemies...

My biggest enemies are within....

I know them and they know themselves

I will overpower them....one by one and put them to greater shame...

I am Nigeria...

I am strong in the North East....powerful in the North West....energetic in the North Central....rich in the South East...blessed in the South West...and gifted in the South South

I am Nigeria...

They want to milk me dry but I get tougher with each step of their wickedness. I'm so blessed that the harder they milk me, the richer I divinely become.

I am Nigeria...

I'm working out a new dawn...and a better tomorrow...

Old things would soon pass away and all things shall become new. There is a ray of light at the end of the tunnel. I shall see the end of those working negatively to see my end. My destruction even if you think you can doesn't bother me...but your end should be your greater worry. But can you?

I am Nigeria....

Long may I live...
