It was all smiles and merriment as both subscribers and their realtors were given a thrilling experience at The Ascent estate in Epe, when the Homenest Development Limited decided to keep to their their word and allocate plots of land sold to the respective subscribers.

The event kicked off with short prayer by the BRG rep Miss Lulu Ugwugbulam and was followed by a welcome address by the MD/CEO of the company, Mr. Dominic Osim. He spoke about the allocation being slated for July but had to be changed because they wanted to keep to their word.

The company was launched in April. Subscribers were given their documents along with an allocation certificate. The allocation process was quick and not stressful because the company had decided to use their own method as the yardstick for others to follow.

Allocation of land is one area that has brought stress to both realtors and subscribers alike but with Homenest they changed the script. The COO of the company Mr Stanley Abraham and Mr Dominic Osim started off as realtors and so decided not to make subscribers pass through the stress of allocation.

According to the representative of one of the subscribers she said "I never believed that my plot would be allocated to me this fast. The even did the corner stones and then wrote our names. Homenest is a force to reckon with".

However, the company is set to launch another project soon.  There are still some plots available for sale at the rate of N1.900,000 (ALL INCLUSIVE) in The Ascent.
