The Nigerian Army says it has changed the name of one of its ongoing internal security exercises, Operation Python Dance otherwise called Egwu Eke in the South-East region to Atilogwu Udo. The Nigerian Army Operations Media Coordinator, Col Aminu Iliyasu, stated this in a press release saying, 'the exercise, which covers the SouthEast region of the country, is designed to combat criminal activities including kidnappings, armed robbery, inter-cult and communal clashes among other sundry crimes'. The annual training exercise commenced in 2016 and has consistently recorded remarkable successes since its introduction.
